̨ž³UUApp is a coeducational Catholic College catering for approximately 1800 students from 3 Year Old Kindergarten to Year 12.

We welcome parents to express their interest for their child to attend ̨ž³UUApp by completing an online application.

WAITLIST UPDATES

We currently experiencing waitlists for the following Academic Entry Years:

  • 2024 & 2025: Junior School:  Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten to Year 6.

  • 2025 & 2026: Senior School:  Year 7 

  • 2025: Senior School:  Years 8 to 12 – some waitlists apply.  Please contact our Enrolments Team for further information. 

 Ì¨ž³UUApp welcomes families to register their interest for their desired cohort year, noting applications for the above academic year entries, will be placed on the waitlist pending availability of a spaces.

Availability

The College welcomes enrolment applications for the following Academic Entry Years:  

  • 2024: Year 10 – Term 4 Commencement.  Please contact our Enrolments Team for further information. 

  • 2025: Year 11 – Term 1 Commencement. 


2027 and 2028: Main Intake Years

We are currently welcoming enrolment applications for the 2027 and 2028 Academic Entry Years, as follows:

  • 3 Year Old Pre-Kindergarten

  • 4 Year Old Kindergarten 

  • Year 7 

Places for the above cohorts are already in high demand.  We therefore encourage families to register their interest by lodging an enrolment application at their earliest convenience.

For main intake years, our aim is to reach out to families and commence processing the enrolment applications,  two years in advance of their desired commencement year. 

Please note:  Siblings of current ̨ž³UUApp students attending other schools, who wish to enrol in our College, must submit an enrolment application for their desired cohort year.

Applying to ̨ž³UUApp

Kindergarten to Year 12

To express your interest in enrolment for Kindergarten to Year 12 you are welcome to Apply Online.

Copies of the following documents are to be submitted, together with the $55.00 non-refundable Application Fee. This Fee is payable per application.

Please provide copies of your child's:

  1. Full Birth Certificate

  2. If held, Baptism Certificate

  3. If applicable, visa/citizenship papers and passport photo page

  4. Australian Immunisation Record (instructions on how to obtain can be found )

Applications for Year 7 are considered up to two years prior to commencement at the College. Families will be requested to supply additional documentation such as reports and NAPLAN results at a later stage.

Applications for Year 8 to Year 12 entry also require submission of:

  1. A covering letter to the Principal outlining reasons for application

  2. Two most recent semester-based school reports

  3. Most recent NAPLAN results (if applicable)

  4. Other supporting documentation, such as special interests, awards, certificates of achievements, parish references, etc.

Progressing your application

Kindergarten to Year 12

The College will invite families to an enrolment interview once all supporting documentation has been received (additional information may be requested at the time of interview) and if a place becomes available.  It is important parents are aware that non-disclosure of information may lead to the College withdrawing the offer of enrolment at a later date.

The enrolment interview will be conducted by a member of the College Leadership Team and requires:

  • Both parents/guardians (if possible) with the student preferably in uniform.

  • Completion of the Student Profile (provided by the Enrolments Team prior to the interview).

Once the interview has taken place, if successful you will receive an offer letter, along with a Confirmation of Offer pack to your nominated email address.

To accept your place at the College, you will be asked to sign and return the Confirmation of Offer documentation, together with a non-refundable Confirmation of Enrolment deposit.

The deposit will be credited against the first school fees account for the year of your child’s commencement.

  • Kindergarten - Year 6: $300

  • Years 7 - 12: $1,200

3 Year Old Pre-Kindergarten Applications

To apply for the Pre-Kindergarten (3YO) program at ̨ž³UUApp, please complete the online application form below.

Acceptance into the Pre-Kindergarten Program does not guarantee enrolment into Kindergarten to Year 6 classes at ̨ž³UUApp, so a separate application must also be submitted for Kindergarten to Year 12 as above.
